Twincomm Payment Options

Here are the ways you can pay your bill:

Credit Card via Plastiq:
AutoPay for Twincomm
Plastiq accepts Visa, M/C and American Express.

Credit card payments are processed through the third-party payment company Plastiq. Please note, Plastiq charges the credit card holder a 2.5% fee/transaction. Two transactions will appear on your credit card statement: Telecom ( Twincomm monthly service fee) and Plastiq (Plastiq fee).

Credit Card holders will need to create a profile with Plastiq, upload a credit card number, and enroll in AutoPay. Contact us for your invitation to "Enroll in AutoPay for Twincomm". To make you own credit card payment, select the "Pay on Card" tab below.

Please note, we unfortunately do not accept TD or RBC Visa cards. Payments processed on these cards are processed as cash advances and therefore incur cash advance fees.



About Plastiq
Online Banking with Credit Unions
Log into your credit union online banking and select Twincomm as the payee.

Please use your Twincomm customer account number found on the right hand side of your invoice. (eg: A0000 ~ one letter, five digits).
Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)
You can pay your Twincomm invoice automatically from your bank account. Payment is automatically withdrawn on the first of each month.

To sign up for PAD, please download the form. You will need your bank or credit union account number, transit number (5 digits) and institute number (3 digits) to complete the form. This information can be found on the bottom of your cheque or by contacting your financial institution. Email completed forms to billing@Twincomm.ca
